A private studio
Foundation Woodworks offers both private studios and benches for rent. All rentals include 24/7 access to the machine room. The private studios vary in size from about 160 sf up to 660 sf and vary in price from $600/month up to $1400/month. Each private studio has a lockable door. Benches are located out on the machine room floor and include a lockable storage locker. Benches rent for $350/month and are dedicated to one person. We do not rent access to the equipment by the hour. Foundation Woodworks only rents to experienced woodworkers and our application requires you to show examples of your current work. If you are interested in renting a studio or bench, use the Contact Us page to send us a message to check availability, request an application, or to arrange a tour. Our rental agreements are on a month to month basis and require 60 days notice of intent to cancel.
